RIPA lysate
Consumables and Assay

RIPA lysate

RIPA lysate (the original meaning of RIPA is Radio Immunoprecipitation Assay) is a traditional cell tissue rapid lysis solution, mainly used for extracting soluble proteins from animal cells and mammalian cells. It can be used to lyse adherent cells and suspended cells. The protein samples obtained through lysis can be used for routine Western Blot, IP and Elisa, and is particularly suitable for Co-IP detection.

Aperbio provides RIPA lysis buffer with weak, medium, and strong lysis strengths for protein extraction.Proteins extracted using RIPA lysis buffer can be applied in protein quantification, Western Blot, IP, and are particularly suitable for CoIP .

    Features

One-step efficient protein extraction, convenient and quick.
The proteins extracted by RIPA lysis buffer (strong) can be used for protein quantification, Western Blot, IP, etc., and are particularly suitable for Co-IP detection.
