Rapid qPCR PreMix (UNG)

The Rapid qPCR PreMix (UNG) includes the SYBR Green staining method and probe method. It uses specifically modified hot-start DNA polymerase, combined with an optimized Buffer system. The reaction time is short, the amplification efficiency is high, it can effectively inhibit the generation of non-specific products, significantly improve the amplification efficiency of PCR, and has higher sensitivity and specificity.

Easy to operate: Compatible with both conventional reaction programs and rapid reaction programs;

High amplification performance: High amplification efficiency, good specificity, and the quantitative experiment can be completed within 30 minutes.

High credibility: The system is configured at room temperature. After being placed at 4℃ for a period of time and after edge pore detection, there is no impact.
