Pangaea Super 8 Ultrafast Real-Time PCR System, Independently developed by Aperbio. It is an ultra-fast molecular detection device specifically designed for point-of-care testing (POCT). Featuring ultra-high speed, portability, and intelligence as its core characteristics, it meets the demand for rapid on-site nucleic acid testing. Through technological innovation and intelligent design, this device, when paired with the qMate Mini Nucleic Acid Extraction System, achieves high efficiency throughout the entire process—from sample processing to result output—and holds broad application value in fields such as agriculture and food safety.
Key Features
Ultra-Fast Temperature Control System: The maximum heating rate reaches 12°C/s, and 40-45 amplification cycles only take 20 minutes, supporting "on-demand testing" for samples (i.e., testing samples as soon as they arrive).
Rapid Reagent Compatibility: It is compatible with reagents such as Rapid qPCR PreMix (UNG). Combined with the dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system, it ensures high sensitivity and result accuracy.
Integrated Design: With a volume of only 280×200×230mm and a light weight (4-5kg for the bare unit), it supports power supply via a power bank, making it suitable for scenarios such as outdoor areas and transportation hubs.
Calibration-Free Technology: No re-calibration is required after movement. The temperature control accuracy is maintained at ±0.2°C, and the temperature uniformity is ±0.5°C, ensuring stable and reliable detection results.
Multi-Instrument Joint Operation: It supports simultaneous connection to ≥4 devices, enabling centralized control via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, which improves the efficiency of large-scale screening.
