Naica® Six-channel Droplet Digital PCR System
Naica® six-channel droplet digital PCR system from Stilla Technologies of France is based on the crystal droplet chip digital PCR technology. It automates droplet generation and amplification. Each sample well can detect 6 fluorescent channels, intelligently identify droplets and perform quality control. The absolute copy number concentration of at least 6 target genes can be obtained within 3 hours. It combines the advantages of traditional droplet and chip types and is known as the next generation of digital PCR technology.
Workflow
With just one pipetting operation, the PCR reaction solution is loaded onto the innovative microfluidic chip. The naica® six-channel droplet chip digital PCR system can automatically generate a single-layer 2D droplet array, and then perform PCR amplification with uniform temperature on each droplet, collect six-channel fluorescence signals, count positive and negative droplets, and calculate the absolute copy number concentration of the target gene through Poisson distribution.
Sapphire and Opal chips are available to meet your different throughput detection needs. The results of both chips can be read repeatedly and the droplet stability is good.

Place the chip in the Naica Geode droplet generation and amplification system. Start the Crystal Digital PCR™ program: each sample automatically generates uniform droplets and immediately runs PCR amplification. The entire process does not require sample transfer or manual intervention.
Naica Prism Droplet Reading and Analysis System
Naica Prism droplet reading and analysis system is compatible with a variety of fluorescent dyes (FAM, ROX, Cy®5, YY®Atto 550, Cy®5.5, etc.), and can perform at least six-fold quantitative detection of target genes in up to 6-color fluorescent channels, thereby maximizing the acquisition of more gene information from limited biological samples. Simply place the chip on the Prism droplet reading and analysis system, read the droplets through the 6-color fluorescent channels, and quickly obtain experimental data.
The intelligent Crystal Miner analysis software has a user-friendly interface and intuitive operation. The threshold can be set automatically or manually, and the data quality is automatically evaluated. The original results can be traced back to a single droplet to ensure that the results are objective and reliable. It also provides a Pooling function to easily realize multi-well merging analysis to meet the experimental requirements of higher sensitivity and higher resolution.
