Step 1:One-step enrichment
One-step cultivation achieves enrichment of the target pathogenic bacteria in the sample, with simple and rapid operation.
Salmonella spp.: 18–24 hours.
Cronobacter spp.: 15–24 hours.
E. coli O157: 6–8 hours.
Aspergillus/Bacillus spp.: 30–48 hours.
Step 2:Immunomagnetic Bead Enrichment and Purification
- The instrument automatically completes the entire process of immunomagnetic bead capture, washing, and purification.
- Capable of processing 16 samples simultaneously in a single run.
- Specifically captures viable target bacteria, effectively avoiding false positives caused by residual DNA from dead bacteria.
- Simultaneously removes PCR inhibitors such as fats and proteins from food samples, ensuring detection sensitivity and accuracy.
- Utilizes disposable consumables and includes a built-in UV sterilization device to effectively prevent cross-contamination.
Step 3:Real-time Fluorescent PCR Detection
- Uses pre-packaged solid microsphere reagents; only template addition is required. Closed-tube operation prevents contamination.
