Technical Parameters
1. Fully automatic, no manual operation is required after adding reagents, and the membrane is automatically blocked, incubated with primary antibodies, incubated with secondary antibodies, and washed.
2. High throughput, supports up to 12 channels working simultaneously, and can incubate up to 24 membranes at a time.
3. Supports four different modes: constant temperature mode, step temperature control mode, room temperature mode, and washing mode. Different channels in constant temperature mode and room temperature mode can be incubated at different times.
4. Peltier temperature control system, supports 2-40℃ temperature adjustment, can be incubated overnight at 4℃, or can be quickly incubated at 37℃. Unique step temperature control mode,Blocking, primary antibody incubation, and secondary antibody incubation support setting different temperatures.
5. Antibody addition amount: 2-5ml (S incubation box), 4-7ml (M incubation box), 8-12ml (L incubation box), 12-20ml (XL incubation box).
6. Automatic recovery of primary and secondary antibodies, with a recovery rate of up to 95%
7. Incubation box optional size: 1.5*8.6/3*8/6.4*8/9.8*8/3*15cm, different sizes of incubation boxes can be used together 8. The capacitive touch screen is flexible to operate,supports storage of 50 sets of programs, and the working interface can observe the working status of each channel in real time.
9. The oscillation speed supports adjustment, with an adjustment range of 60-110 rpm.
